Understand Project Screen, Project Set-up, Working with Tasks, Working with Resources and Cost, Identify Resource Overallocation, Resolve Resource Conflicts, and Refine the Schedule
Day 2 module:
Working with Views and Tables, Filter and Group, Tracking Progress, View Progress, Reporting, and Working with Charts: S-Curves Progress status and financial cash flow.
