Sharing Resources among Projects

• Open and Save Sharer Projects
• Detach a Sharer project from the resource Pool
• Edit Resource Pool Information

How do you report delay in your project?

If you want to report delay in your current project, follow the steps below:

1. Make sure to save a baseline in your current project.
2. Double-click the last task.
3. In the Task Information dialog box, select the Advanced tab.
4. In the Deadline list, select the date as the finish date.
5. In the Constraint Type list, select As Late As Possible.
6. Click the OK button.
7. In the Gantt Chart view, add a column titled Total Slack.
8. You can start update the tasks in the Update Task dialog box.
